I hope the New Year is bringing you much joy. With the coming of the new year, comes the setting of New Year’s resolutions. The problem is that most of us start out great but return to our old behavior when the new wears off. Why is this the case? I believe that it is because in order for true change to happen, we have to have a change in our mindset. We must set our mind and keep it set on being healthy. Health is so much more than just being physically fit but also include emotional and spiritual well being. 3 John 1:2 says: Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers.
A well and prospering soul leads to a well body. In today’s podcast, I discuss the power of setting our mind on being healthy. Being in health, incorporates emotional and spiritual health. Let 2019 be the year that you set your mind to be fit physically, emotionally, and spiritually!
